Config.php contains the database connection parameters.

EDIT: Sorry, saw your other threads. Take a look at the files in <sugar>/include/database. I am not sure exactly which one contains what you are looking for, but I believe that is where it is found.

I'm from LosAngeles Web design and i have been trying to integrate CRM application to my web design so as to help my client have a scalable database, but i cannot be to open the file containing this configuration parameters after attaching it. Help me on how i can open and assign role?
