It’s not so easy to use Twitter which effectively to grow your follower numbers and then get traffic which can lead to sales. But for the non-savvy internet user, and inexperienced Internet marketer there are some pitfalls they can fall into and end up not see any results at all.

You have really done a great job since i have never though that one can use the SugarCRM in a different way but since you have use it as social marketing platform ,this is a new discovery for us and a scope for all those people that are looking for social bookmarking platform.
