Where and How can a make a field appear BOLD in a Detailview?

I treid it, but the field I want to bold is a checbox. and when I do what is in the blog, the field value displays as '0' instead of an empty checkbox.

Is there a way instead to Bold the field's label? This would probably be good enough.
