    Default Browser problem

    Hi all,
    I am N.K. and i have use sugarcrm5.2.
    I have face some problem in the quickcreate form in the IE browser .I have run quickcreate form in the Firefox the form work fine call javascript call properly but the same code i have run in the IE browser ,in the IE the java script not call so what can i do plx any one reply it's urgent......................

    IE is also my problem browser regarding issues. when you program and run in to firefox it looks fine and good but in IE. some issues occur. .

    some developer advise to clear cache very often but still have these issues

    Honestly, and some people hate what I´m going to say, IE is not a world wide browser. It only works 100% for Microsoft only web applications.
    The javascript codes you develop following the best practices, which works like a charm on Opera, Firefox, Chrome will work on IE by chance.

    SugarCRM had to implement an ugly workaround to keep compatibility to IE 6.0. This may give you the big picture of headache regarding IE.

    yep.. . though IE is very popular browser but not recommended

    if you want to fix browser incompatibility with IE version. . you can use CSS, .. like adjusting the widht, padding, etc
