Re: campaingn emails are not sent out automatically as per the scheduled time

We do campaigns with SugarCRM CE frequently. I have one going out right now. There's a few things that you need to make sure you have set up.
You have to make sure the CRON job is set up so it runs the automatic tasks.
You also have to have administrative rights and go into the ADMIN area and go down to SCHEDULER and go in there.
Once you are there you need to make sure the appropriate tasks are ACTIVE and you need to make sure that they are set to run as frequently as you want. If you have it set up to only run between 2 am and 6 am, but you schedule a job to go at 3:00 PM, the system won't try until it get's to the following 2 am.
You can also check to see when each process ran and what the final result was (success/fail).
