Hello,
There is a button "Send Email" for each article in Knowledge Base module.
when I click on this button, a new email is opened in Emails Module.
What should I do if I want it to open a new email in Outlook and not CRM's Email module.
I have already configured my email client as "External Email Client".

please advice.
