Configure SAML in SugarCRM 6.1

Hi everybody,
i'm new with sugarcrm and I will like to know how to configure my SugarCRM with SAML Autentication. As i can see there is some option but I couldn't find a guide about how to use it.

I'd like to know as well. It doesn't seem to do anything, it doesn't even try to go the the login URL.

Also I noticed once you turn SAML on you cannot turn it off

I think it's broke my ldap settings ahh.

Are you pointing to YOURSUGARINSTANCE/index.php?module=Users&action=Authenticate as the URL?

I tried pointing it there to no effect. It doesn't prompt me to log in through my authentication server. The username is filled in with "onelogin" I have no idea where that's coming from.

I'm using it with jasig cas which supports SAML.

are there any good news about this topic?
I'm struggling using SAML on SugarCRM 6.1.2
Theorically is should be simple, but I'm not forwarded to the Identity server URL when I type:
http://sugarhost/index.php?module=Us...n=Authenticate

I just see the usual Sugar Login with the login field filled with "onelogin" value and the usual password requirement.

SugarCRM 6.1 advertised the SAML support... But does anybody have really managed to make it working ?
Can anyone please post an real working help guide or example about it?

Hi everyone,
SAML support has been added (if I remember correctly) from version 6.1. To date, support to SAML is "fake". The documentation about the configuration of the Password Management via SAML is incorrect.

The source code of SugarCRM includes all needed libraries, including SAML Toolkit OneLogin, but they are dormant. In addition, the Toolkit has some bugs, such as the XPath query to retrieve the username.

On this issue I opened a Case to SugarCRM, on which I have not received a conclusive answer, I think they are a little embarrassed!

With about 2 hours of testing (fix included) are able to get authentication via SAML. I send a document of notes that I sent to the support SugarCRM to solve the problem.
