Customization of Dashlets

Hi

Can anyone tell me, how can I customize the Dashlets, so that I can view the sum of opportunities in one dashlet and how can I view the sum of Opportunities of a particular user?

Please tell me the best way to create it in SugarCRM 6.1.2.

There is no super easy way for what you are looking for and you have to code it yourself. Take a look at the dashlet folder of opportunities module.
