Default options in Dashlets

Hi

I want to change the default "Calls" dashlet for every new user. I was able to change the dashlets that are shown and the fields that are available and shown by default. However, I can't find a way to change the default "Planned" status to "Held", which will list the held calls instead of the planned ones.

Can anyone tell me where to change this?

Hi ,

Click on edit sugar dash-let ,on my call dash-let it will open one popup window in status select Held instead of Planned ., and hit save button .

This I know, but this is for each user to do himself afte the homepage was already created.

I was able to create a different default homepage when a new user is created and I only display the Calls, Meetings and Cases dashlets when a new user is created.

I did this by creating and adapting the file /custom/modules/home/dashlets.php.

What I wanted was to set "Held" as the default choice for the dashlet when a new user is created.

Do you think you can help with this?
