with sugarCRM, can i know who read the emails i send or open an attachment?

Could you make it clear what do you want to say?

My guess is that you're asking about how to tell if someone has opened an email that you have sent. If you create an email campaign (using the Campaigns module), you can determine which users have opened your messages. If you also include Tracker URLs in your message, you can know how many times someone clicked the URL in your message.
