    As soon as I will have some time I will try to decribe the job for 5.1 and 5.2 which is equal in both versions.
    Thank you Kuske for the great tutorial!

    We tried to port the implementation to Sugar5.2.0a CE.
    Before we modify anything to the out-of-box Sugar directory, we clicked on the link
    Administrator->Repair->Rebuild Sugar Dashlets

    Then all dashlets under Home and Dashboard tabs are gone. The two pages are blank for all users.

    Did we missed other steps before rebuilding the dashlets?
    Thanks.

    I have created a flexible chart dashlet that can chart anything that you can get with sql from the database and posted it here - http://www.sugarcrm.com/forums/showp...43&postcount=1

    Should make adding chart daslets as simple as editing some metadata :-)

    Hi Kuske,

    this worked beautifully. And then I upgraded from 5.2.0. to 5.5, and got:

    Fatal error: Class 'PearDatabase' not found in /var/www/crm_clk/custom/modules/Charts/Dashlets/WgPipelineBySalesStageDashlet/WgPipelineBySalesStageDashlet.php on line 398

    Any ideas..please?

    Best regards, Carl

    The dashlet works in 5.0, not in 5.5.
    Sugar made some changes, so that you would need a new how to for 5.5.

    1. Any chance of you doing an updated how to for chart dashlets?

    2. Since I now get greeted by an error message when I log in, how can I reset the dashboard to ite origins?

    Best regards, Carl
