    Default How to handle Bounced mails in Campaign wizard

    Hi all,
    i am sending mails from campaign wizard, the mails were going but i am unable to handle bounced mails,i.e if the mail address is wrong or if mail was undelivered i am unable to handle these mails.in admin inbound emails i selected bounce handling. i am getting this error in a campaign wizard,
    Scheduler has not been set up to process Bounced Campaign Emails. .

    were can i see bounced mails and what are the settings?

    Hi Kumar,

    sounds like you have not set up your scheduler for the Processing of bounced emails. Under Admin--> Scheduler, there is an item called 'Run Nightly Process Bounced Campaign Emails'. You want to make sure that this is enabled

    Thanx for your reply, i did those settings,but i am unable to see bounced mails, where i can see bounced mails?

    You need to have an email address setup that is being monitored for returned emails.
    Plus the scheduler for processing bounced emails must be set.

    If the above two things are set right you could see all the bounced emails under the campaigns "view status".
    Also to check if you are missing something for the proper functioning of your email campaigns. Click on the "Campaign" tab and then you should see a "DIAGNOSTICS" link on the shortcut menu. that should tell you if you are missing anything.
