Viewed Message in email Campaigns not working ?

Dear All,

I am using SugarCRM email campaign.Which is working fine, the only one thing is not working "viewed message". When I read the email after the campaign_log table is not update the viewed as activity_type field.

I read many links but not able to find the solutions.

When the email recipient downloads images, it is this pixel that triggers that they viewed the message in campaign_log table.

which file is responsible for the triggers ?

please help me out.

I have the same problem.
In campaign status, there is only few sub panels (Accounts, Leads, Contacts).
I can not see Click-Thru, Viewed Message, any of the Bounced message lists.
Does anyone have suggestion what to do with this ?
