Wizard tutorial

I would like to create a wizard for creating customers, as there is a wizard for creating campaigns. Does anyone knows a tutorial for this?

I have not seen a tutorial for anything like this.

Do you know if it's possible to copy the entire Campaign-module and then create it as a new. Then step-by-step change it to the demands for the new module.
