Dev Toolkit - Dynamic Panels

Trying to utilize the Dynamic Panels feature of the DevToolkit, but getting the following error in the Firebug console:

TypeError: targetPanel is null
togglePanel()DynamicPanel.js (line 23)
targetPanel.style.display = (display == 1) ? '' : 'none';

Any help would be much appreciated.
