Exporting Customizations

Hello,

This should be a simple one, maybe its lack of sleep. I want to export all customizations that I have done from production to a dev environment that I had to rebuild. It keeps asking me to select modules, but how do I do that!?!?! What am I missing, may be easy but I am missing it for sure!
