how to delete multiple employees as admin

hello .. i m newbie in SUGAR CRM 6.2.1 installed locally in my WAMP SERVER 2.1 in my WINDOWS XP 3 system ..

as an admin, i have created some employees by clicking on 'EMPLOYEES' link on the top right side .. and created some employees there by clcking on CREATE link over there ..

but now i want to delete the multiple records and m couldn't see any DELETE link over there to do it ..

i selected some EMPLOYEES by checkbox and went to ACTIONS ..

but there, there are only two options available as MASS UPDATE and EXPORT .. but i couldn't find the DELETE option over there ..


can any sugar master tell me what is the procedure to delete multiple employees in SUGAR CRM 6.2.1

please help me sugar experts ..

Hello Mittul,

SugarCRM doesn't allow to delete multiple employees at a time. As once we delete an employee, then the associated user is also deleted.And when we are deleting a user in SugarCRM, we would have to re- assign the records to some another user.

So it would not be a possible way to delete mass/multiple users from SugarCRM Admin Interface.

I understand that it is not possible to "mass-delete" multiple users or employees at the same time.

However, is there any way to delete a (single) employee or user from SugarCRM ?

Please excuse me if it is a trivial question, but I haven't found any way to do that...
