Some problems with the search

Hi everybody i want to thank you for all your help that really help me
i come here with a new question about the search function
is it possible to make the search not only in beging of the field but anywhere in this field
i explain what i want to do with a exemlpe :
the value in the field is : "sugarcrm" and when i search with "crm" i have got nothing in the result
is it possible to change this ? if yes who ?

Try to search for %crm%.

It´s possible to set by default this type of search?

without always typing the this symbol %.

Which sugarcrm version are you using?

For example: you can try to modify this page for searching modules/Leads/LeadFormBase.php
