This probably does need to be fixed. On a test system, when uninstalling, this plugin (or something from the manifest file) causes the sugar uninstall procedure to remove important core SugarCRM files.

I was testing this on an AutoCRM project I am working on to try and find an alternative to Security Suite that is upgrade safe. While, it does seem that this is upgrade safe - be aware that the uninstall routines removes important SugarCRM files.

I would wait until this is fixed from the developer before installing this on a production system.

Hi,
I am extremely new to Sugar. Just had a question about setting up teams.
I plan to create 4 teams, each with its own administrator. So when an administrator for team a logs in and creates users, only team A users are created and they don't have access to users in team b etc. Similarly when the regular users from each team log in to the system and create their contacts, users from other teams should not be able to access those contacts. Even within the teams i would like some users to have access to all contacts(within the team) while some have access to contacts created by them only. Please let me know how i can configure the team module along with the role module to make this happen or if at all this is possible. Any help in this regard would be highly appreciated.

i have installed Teams-0.99.1266556814.zip and TeamNotifications-0.10.1236950120.zip but there is nothing happen. there is no Team under Admin. any advise ?

I am unable to install the Teams CE module on 6.0 beta 4. It says that it is incompatible. Will this be fixed with the regular release of 6.0 or did they change something in the product that truly makes it incompatible?

M, I just wanted to say thank you for the Teams CE Module and all of the effort that has gone into it. I'd also like to provide some feedback and the recent issue I experienced.

Your documentation states that a user will be allowed access to any record that the user is assigned to (assigned_user_id). This may be true with the edit and detail views, but this doesn't seem to be the case with the listing view. In the list view, there doesn't seem to be any way of allowing access for the assigned user.

I believe the code in question is in:
modules/team/teams_logic.php
limit_list_access()

I simply disabled the restriction by adding the following to the start of limit_list_access():

return true;

If anyone has a better fix for this, please let me know.
