Custom Campaign Wizard Template Files

As of SugarCRM 6.2.0, the Campaign wizard does not check for (and thus will not use) custom tpl files. I think the files in /custom/modules/Campaigns/tpls/*tpl should be used if desired, so I wrote a patch for Pro and Ent flavors that will check for and use the custom files if they're there.

I'm going to publish the diff files here for WizardHome.php and WizardNewsletter.php - developers should see what is happening and can modify their codebase in accordance.

I'd be happy to post the patch I've created if it's allowed, but as it includes the complete code in these files, I'm unsure about the licensing. If a Sugar employee approves, I'd be happy to post the actual Upgrade-Wizard-Compatible patch file.
