Default Dispage Extension Manager is now GA

    Dispage Extension Manager
ver. 1.0.6 GA has been published with many new features and bugfixes.

An overview of the new features can be found at the Product Page on Dispage Website.

    Among them:

    - The Installation/Uninstallation of multiple extensions in one click.

    - The new "Language Supported" column in the "Available Extensions" and "Installed Extensions" tabs.

    - jQuery upgraded to v. 1.4.1

Refer to changelog for the complete list of changes.

Your installation failed if the upload directory has been changed in config.php

"cache/upload/" is actually a variable defined in config.php

    for me, for example: 'upload_dir' => 'upload/',

Can you update your scripts to make your installation compatible with all configuration ?

Thank and very good work !

You should also test after install.
Your dowload manager fails to install your extensions later for the same reasons.

    Thanks.
    Bye.

    Bye.
Do you mean that Extension Manager is installed correctly after the fix but it crashes anyway when you Install other extensions?

    Which ones?

    I modified the pre_install.php to "upload/"
Then I installed successfully the extension manager 1.0.06 installation with Module Loader.
Then the extension manager notifies me that there is a new version of the extension manager 1.0.06 !?
When I click the changelog the url is: http://dl.sugarforge.org/dsp-extman/.../changelog.txt

It downloads it and fails. See attached file.

Did you try to modify your config.php and install your module ?

    Well,
I've corrected the link to the wrong changlog.

About the error you get when you update, the reason is: Dispage Extension Manager is trying to upgrade itself (or to install for the first time, since the one you install from Module Loader is just the Installer package and not the full application) and when it does it overwrites your manual bugfix and you get the error again.

For this reason I haven't suggested you the manual bugfix, as I always do, and told you to wait for the bugfix release to be published.
