I've applied the iCal patch (0.3.6) on my 4.2.1 version. I have tried to configure both Evolution (2.8.2) and Thunderbird, with the Lightning plug-in, to see my Sugar calendar information, and to publish test meeting entries from both clients.
What I get is nothing - I seem to connect OK, but see no information. I've searched on the forums here, and read all the iCal-related postings, to no avail.
Is there a log file that I can check, or activate, to check what is happening? I've spent the best part of two evenings trying to determine what I'm missing - I would really like to use Sugar for my calendar in conjunction with Evolution, which I run at work and at home.
One thing that is not particularly clear from the various threads I read - does the iCal patch allow entries on client and server to be shown on the server and client, i.e. it is not dependent on which interface the entry is created?
I'd appreciate any clarity anyone can provide.
Regards,
Des
