implementation of online Survey in Sugarcrm

Hi,

Is there any free feedback survey tool that can be integrated with SugarCRM for client satisfaction online survey. Or any SugarCRM module for client survey? I have the following requirement.

Survey:-
once a case is closed, the system would invoke a survey for the client to fill. This survey will be modifiable from the admin section. The system will generate an email with URL to support portal. This URL points to a performance report based on this survey to be filled by the client. A report containing the summary of the survey will be mailed to the supervisor at the end of each day and end of each month.

Hi,

I also installed SugarCrm Community Edition.
I was looking for a free survey tool but did not manage to find one.

I used SugarCRM integrated with GoogleApps form.
This works perfectlty:
- I use SugarCRM newsletter (with merge for a personel message)
- In the newsletter email, I enter Googleform HTML)
- Users fill the survey form within their email message
- Data collection is automatic in GoogleForm spreadsheet with all stats provided by google

Cool idea. How do you bring the data back to SugarCRM from Google forms, matching it to your Sugar Contacts and Leads?

I have not tried yet to retrieve data from Google spreadsheet to SugarCRM.
Planning to do it this way:
- In the campaign email, I include a Sugar CRM field (such as account name), I hide it in google form if required. this field will allow me to map customer feedback with sugarCRm account name. This works fine already.
- Then I would use import functionality in Sugar CRM and map ggogle record with Sugarcrm record. still to be done.
