I've installed the inetDocs 2.0 into the module loader of sugarcrm 5.2 and the progress bar at the bottom gets stuck at 85 percent. The release says this plugin is fully compatible with the 5.2 version.

If you can uninstall it try to uninstall or go to module loader and delete the package. Go to forge and download the package again since new package is uploaded yesterday. New package should work properly.

I tried the new package and the status bar still hangs at 85 percent when i click the install in the module loader

So, now in this case we need some information from you. What exact sugar version and edition your are using and same for KT . Second, we also would like to know what other modules you have installed in your sugarcrm. That would really help us to rectify your problem. Because i think this is something else. That shouldn't be happen.

Hi,

I have installed SugarCRM CE 5.5. I also have KT 3.7. I decided to use iNetDocs, I followed all installation procedures stated in the readme.txt. I also ran carefully the database queries on both KT and SugarCRM databases, After installing, I can already see the "Other" tab in my menu and "iNetDocs" under it. My problem is everytime I click on iNetDocs, I got a blank page.
I already tried several times uninstalling/reinstalling/deleting/uploading the module using Module Loader in Admin, but again, I am still getting a blank page.

Please somebody help.

Hello AshishInet,

Thank you for the reply.

My server if not in production mode yet, it just only available in local intranet. I am worried I do not have the details you asked. Below is the step by step installation I made:
1. Copy the webservice_iNETDocs folder under /KT_DIR/ktwebservice
2. Modify the magicDatabase in KT config.ini to /usr/share/misc/file/magic
2. Install iNetDocs plugin using Module Loader
3. Execute Queries on DBs

I did the above steps according the installation instructions carefully. Would you mind explaining why a blank page? Do I still need to modify some KT settings?
