I recently found the aforementioned module from Christian Knoll/KINAMU on SugarForge.
I am really impressed with it because it solves a long-standing wish of my users (formatting in reports) in a very elegant and easy way (YMMV).

Unfortunately, I ran into a problem: The module works very nicely when clients use Firefox as webbrowser.
However, when they use Internet Explorer (tested v6 and v7), none of the formatting bars are displayed, the fields appeared as plain text fields like before. The clients were always using WindowsXP as operating system..

The server side looks like this:
CentOS 5.3
Apache 2.2.3
PHP 5.1.6
SugarCRM 5.2.0f
Integrated Texteditor and Processor v. 1.1

Are here any other users of this module who could offer advice?
Needless to say, I would appreciate any information shared.
