Default Module : Sugar NoteIn* - Quick notepad & Voip integration with Asterisk

    Hi everyone,

I released a beta version of my module for sugarCRM. I hope some people will have time to test it and to give me some feedback.
Thanks to everyone who will test this module and help me to improve it

    -----
Sugar NoteIn* is a module for sugarCRM which provides you the possibility to take quick notes when you receive a phone call.
Sugar NoteIn* uses Asterisk Desktop Manager to provide a VoIP integration with Asterisk.
On new (incoming or outgoing) call, Sugar NoteIn* looks for the number into SugarCRM Database and the contact's detailed profile also pops up in your browser.

I was able to get this to work except when it tries to open the web popup I get this error:

    Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /sugarcrm/< on this server.

Also, incoming calls used to ring on my desktop IP phone, now it rings on my computer.

Okay, figured that out: I had a quotation mark at the end of the path name.

    Now it works quite well

I enabled the Cisco phone plugin, and even though my phone is an Aastra, it seems to have worked.

Hello everyone, I need an additional handset for my VoIP phone. I am thinking about splitting the connection coming out of the VoIP device and attaching two phones. Does anyone know if that will work? Can you split the line coming out of your VoIP device and attach two phones? I need only the experienced ideas about this. Thank you very much in advance.

Voip for Small Business Wholesale Eathernet

Linksys makes an internet phone adapter that has two VoIP ports. This is what I use to achieve the same goal as you. You can pick one up for around $50 online. There are other companies that offer adapters, but you might as well stick with the big company.
