Hi Kenneth,
Thanks for starting this new project on SourceForge!
I will give me feedback as soon as I have looked into your plug in.
Best regards, hauke
This addon is exciting, I've been trying to make it work, but didn't find any active support forum, so I'm crossposting between here and sourceforge forum
The java plugin works ok with OO2.3.1 on win XP pro, but when I try to access the document uploaded through sugarcrm link on a contact, it gives this error (on firefox 2 and IE7):
Warning: require_once(modules//.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /media/disk-2/htdocs/sugar/download.php on line 25
Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'modules//.php' (include_path='/media/disk-2/htdocs/sugar/include/..:.:/opt/lampp/lib/php') in /media/disk-2/htdocs/sugar/download.php on line 25
sugar server is on a ubuntu 7.04 machine, a fresh 500b sugar, my configuration is: Apache/2.2.4 PHP/5.2.3 MySQL 5.0.45 (it is a XAMPP 1.6.3)

There seem to be two projects like this:
https://sourceforge.net/projects/openofficesugar/
https://sugarcrm-ooo-integration.dev.java.net/
Or are that just the same on two different places?
If thats two projects: Bundle your power![]()
Hi,
Quick question, has any one got either of these to perform a mail merge with openoffice. I haven't and if you have can you please advise.
Chris, I'm having the same trouble myself. I've tried with all 4 OpenOffice plugins but haven't had any luck with the mail merge function. Everything works except for this.
Sugar 5.0,WinXP, OO2.2 - OK
Sugar 5.0, Linux, OO2.2 - does not function:

Hello, I found 2 bugs in version SugarCRMAddon - 1.0M4:Originally Posted by kenneth.thorman
1) In file /META-INF/manifest.xml can not be "\" character.
If it is, it causes "bug report" during installation
2) Windows in OOo plugin is too small and can not be resized.
Tested on Ubuntu 8.04 Hardy Heron 64 bit, Lenovo Z61m

Hi everyone
I am sorry it seems like I did not enable notifications on this thread, so I have been neglecting this for a while.
Anyone that might be interested in joining this project for development on sourceforge is very welcome, since I and the developer has become quite busy.
The best way to get attention on the bugs is to post them in the sourceforge tracker as a bug and then we will be able to prioritize the fixes.
If you have java knowledge yourself I have posted a HOWTO setup the development environment on NetBeans IDE, so you should be able to get up and running rather fast. Then please post a patch on one of the forums and we will incorporate it.
With regards to pooling the resources, great idea I will take contact to the other project and see what we can do.
Regards
Ken
