regarding installation

i want to install sugarCRM on my pc.i hava SugarOS-4.5.1e. i want to integrate in asp.net.....and my database is in

mssql..so for that i have to change anything or not.........and for that it is necessary that php is installed in my pc..

i have install php on my pc.and now i am installing sugarCRM on my pc.but from second step where "i agree " check then

click on next afterward nothing will come on next step

what is the problem........as i have not any idea about it why i take out from installation setup

give me idea what i am doing now
