1 install multiple companies

I am generating leads and selling them to multiple companies. I want to be able to have the companies working out of Sugar but only have access to the leads that are theirs.

Most of the leads will be coming in as a Webtolead.......

I looked at Security Suite and it appears that I would be able to accomplish this with that. Does any one know or have any other ideas?

Also, it may work with CETeams??????????

My main goal is to have different companies working within Sugar with only their leads/contacts avaialble....if I use CETeams or Security Suite, can I create a Web to Lead Form that will automatically assign the team?

Hi Skip,

SecuritySuite is a good choice for your project and you can surely define the Team in the WebToLead process.

Another option is Sugar Pro with a Partner Portal. If your partners will only access a handful of the Sugar modules, you could have them access the system as Contacts through a portal. Then, your smaller number of inside users could take full advantage of Sugar Pro.

Are there multiple people at the same company using a single account or multiple accounts? If its a single account, why not use a Role setting where they can only see their own leads and then assign the leads to that account? This might be too simple a solution, so I'm guessing you've considered this . . .

Another option is CE and use Joomla as a front end Portal. Wev'e done that for a few of our customers and it works very well. Hides all SugarCRM complexity behind a user friendly mask.

I love the Joomla idea! That is exacty what I can do....is there somedocumentation on Joomla and Sugar? I have never used Joomla

CETeams for the masses will do what you need. if you haven't implemented it yet and need help, post on the forum for the module.
