Ok I've done this about 3 times now and had to back out due to problems.

The upgrades goes without any complaints, but the problem is we lose the tabs for Quotes, Products and Reports on each upgrades (3.0.1->3.5.1) They don't come back with any of the e, f or g patches either. I can look in the database (select * from sugarcrm.quotes) and see information in the database where it should be, but the tabs are gone on each upgrade.

Any ideas?
