    Default 4.2.1 -> 4.2.1a patch missing?

    Anyone seen it?, did it appear and dissapear like the 4.2.0 -> 4.2.1 patch originally did?, can someone PLEASE go and get it and put it up on the site???

    yes, i found this quite amusing. there's a note saying recommended to upgrae immediately, yet there's no patch to do so from 4.2.1! hey ho..
