4.2.1 --- Error: PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10)

Upgraded to 4.2.1. Installed our 1st offline client and get this when syncing for the 1st time.

Error: PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

The window stays up and appears to be working but the "updating files" stays at 25% forever


any clues?

I guess the lack of replies indicates that no one else is having this problem - or - no one else has the offline version. For what it's worth, we've installed on 4 different machines with the same result.

has occurred on all machines we have tried it on .. in other words, so far, no success in getting it to work at all

client PCs are all XP Pro SP2

I get this after I pressed 'upload' trying to upload a selected module. In this case gantchart.zip

I also get this error when trying to upload a module. I get the same error when tring to upgraded to 4.5.0b from 4.5.0a ... Please help with this error

Have you confirmed that the zip file didn't get corrupted during download? Simply try to unzip the file using any zip utility. If it doesn't open properly, then try downloading it again.
