I test to install sugarscrm at a shelterer (www.hosteur.com).
No possible -> error: Access denied for to use: ' @localhost '.

What's the problem ?

It appears you do not have permissions to access the mysql database...

If there is no username before '@localhost' - eg. 'sugarcrm@localhost' or 'root@localhost' then I would think that the config.php hsa a missing value for the database user: "db_user_name".
