accounts subpanel in cases

Hi everyone,
i bumped to a small problem and i would like to share it with you. if you have any answers for that, i would appreciate a lot

i use email to case function in Sugarcrm. when a case is imported from an account's email, the case doesnt show the related account under the subpanel. i created many to many relationship between accounts and cases but still, i am unable to see the related account name under accounts subpanel in cases module. that related account shows the case under scases subpanel, but case doesnt show the related account under accounts subpanel

my sugarcrm might have problem or this is regular issue to be fixed manully,

either way, if you have any advice, i would happily welcome

Whenever a Case is created through incoming emails the field account_id is automatically filled in with related account, so your cases_accounts relationship is not been processed by SugarCRM.
You would need to create some logic_hook in Cases module in order to automatically populate this relationship.

I am using SugarCrm 5.2 GE..

I must ask for a favor because of i dont know anything about coding, jusy copy and paste when it makes sense

if that logic hook is 3-4 lines of coding and very easy for you to create, can you please create and share it ?
