Default Accounts when you only work with individuals.

I need some suggestions. I am new to SugarCRM, and I am trying to figure out the proper way to integrate the application into my business processes. We need a better way to manage our customer base and make them aware of sales and promotions. We are a Travel Agency, and most of our customers are individuals. Since we do almost no selling to businesses, how would I use Accounts in SugarCRM since they are designed for an organization/company?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi Sysdeath,

you have 2 possibilities, assuming that you know how to customize Sugar forms :
1 / You can totally unactivate Accounts module in SugarCRM (from Admin page)
2 / In B to C business we often use Accounts as a way to group contacts (individuals) in a family (Account) so name of the Account would be "Family Smith" for example.

Thanks.... since we are a B2C, I had to come up with some customer accounts or groups. So I created a Bronze, Silver, and Gold accounts.

    Thanks again!
