Activity Reports for Staff

Does anyone know of an add on program that will let me run a report for a specific user which will outline the activity they performed for the day? IE I can see how many phone calls, emails, Etc.

Hi Travis,

CE does not have a reporting engine, but you can install a 3rd party plugin like Zucker reports (you can find this on the Sugar Forge). You will need to know SQL and the database structure in order to create the report query, but this will allow you to pull any data from the database.
