Add a Cutom Drop Down in Lead Module on onchange event from Lead Source

Hi,

I need to get the Drop Down in the Lead Module
(ie) I have written a javascript onchange event in the Lead Source and while doing the onchange the div has to be open with a DropDown Field that should be populated from the Database

i am able to get a DIV Tag with the
Drop Down field, (I have attached the Screen), i am able to get a blank Drop Down...

I need to get the DropDown fields to be populated from the database

I need your help in writing the code to get the drop down working properly

You can copy it 1:1 because it works under 5.2
There is another, similar article or thread about populating your dropdowns from a table - just search for it.

Besides: Your screens look a lot better with FF...
