Add Invites not working, any suggestion?

Hello

My version is SugarCRM 4.0.1c, patch applied. The opcion "Add Invites" is not working in options like:

- Schedule a call
- Schedule a meeting

Any other patch that I should apply to solve this issue

Is not working......Is it giving an error? Does it look like it's working but not saving the results? Is it overheating your processor? Is it saving the wrong names? Is it turning your tounge blue? Is it not doing anything when you click the 'search' button. Is it spontaniously causing world peace, but only on the night side of the planet on odd numbered tuesdays?

I think thats all the ways it could possibly fail.... I think....Just pick one or two and let us know. We can work this out... jik your comicly challenged, the 1st, 2nd, 4th and 6th ones are the real ones to pick from, although 3.51b did alot of that last one.

Actually, is it not doing anything at all when I click the 'search' button

- No errors
- No pop ups
- No overheating
- No nothing

Not even crying for help :->

I would delete your sugarcrm.log file, set your logging to Debug mode (instructions here) and see what the log file says after you click on the search button a few times. Sent it along.

I've followed your instructions carefully and I did enable the loging on my SugarCRM, and this is the log file - sugarcrm.log -:

sugarcrm.log
File Type: empty

These are the steps that I did:

- I tried to edit an Schedule call and add some Invites, nothing happen on the SEARCH bottom
- I create a new - Schedulle call - and the same, nothing happen

Is good and important to mention, that this is a clean installation with patch 4.0.1c with no less than 24rs, I haven't mod or install any package out of those that came with the installation

And I'm really interested into know what may cause that problem

PD: I forgot to say, that the module sends the email of the invite properly, at least I recieve the email and click and seems to work fine.

On that thread they are referring to a different old version of SugarCRM, and also under PHP 5
