Add leads to Target Lists using fields

Let's see if I can example this properly. When you create a target list ( from within the Campaign Module) and then want to select for example, leads to be added to this target list. I get a pop-up window that allows me to search the specific leads I want to add. Is there a way to customize this pop-up windows that would allows me to search leads by my custom fields. Or is there a better way to add a bulk amount of users to a target list?

Sometimes I want to add 3000 leads to a target list and the only way I've found is by going into the leads module, search for those specific leads. Selecting those leads and adding them to the target list. Is there a better way? Am I missing something?

In pro edition you can create a target list based on a report on leads...

add your custom fields to leads>advanced search ... then search in leads listview and add the results to the target list using the leads>add to target list function

Geez, thanks salesagility! I didn't even see that option there. No need to have a customized field in Mass Update to do the same thing if upgraded to 5.5. That'll be nice to have.
