This is going to sound like a very novice question... but I am interested in using some of the extensions available. However, I have a lot a fear that we will destabilize our installation.

Is there an easy way to back out after installing an extension, if it is not working properly?

What happens if we upgrade sugar, and we have a number of open-source extensions installed?

What has every ones experience been with adding extensions in terms of the overall stability of sugar, etc?
