adding fiels to leads View

Hi all
I'm using Version 6.2.1 community edition

I'm the SysAdmin but sales guys requested this feature.

in the leads View they want to add a DateModified Field related to the notes. The one I have avail in the studio is related to the Account Modification date.

I see a relationship "lead_notes Leads One to Many Notes" in the leads but that dosn't make it available in the Layout editor.

Are they looking a field to show the date of the last modified note? That will be much easier to do with Sugar Logic in 6.3, but for now a logic hook on the save of notes and leads should be able to do this.

May you also can create a non-db field that has its content managed by a function.
In this function you could query to the notes object with the most recent last modified date. And then display this info.

Then you could use this field in your list view.

Since you are on CE, the only option at this point is to write the code since Sugar Logic is a PRO feature.
