Adding File to Tasks

I'm using Sugar CRM 6.2.1 and i need to add a field to the Tasks Module, but the field is a "file", is there any way i can add that field type or i need to Create a custom module for that?

In Studio you can add a relationship from Tasks to "Documents" module. If you need a single file in your task just use a one-to-one relationship. Check then that the new field "Documents" is in your detail and edit view and rename the label. I've attached a screen shot where you can see the new "Documents" field in edit view (I did nothing but add the relationship).

Hi, how to edit "Related to" drop down list? I want to remove some.
And I want to add MyCustomModule in there.
