Default Adding more fields to layouts

I want to add more fields to layouts (using studio, or other means if necessary) and through extensive googling I cannot figure out how. Please see attachment.

Edit: Edited the image so it didn't break the forum anymore.

Thanks! The forum broke the link but I found it easily enough. That brings me to my next quibble...

What is with all this "Undefined" stuff. Sometimes context menus pop up and all it says is "Undefined for all of the stuff. Halp? You can also see it in the screenie I posted. The new rows and etc junk is listed as "Undefined". No wonder I could figure out how to do it. What gives?

NM found my answer. Improper chmod. Fixed now. Apparently fireftp does not do recursive chmodding. Thanks to WS-FTP, all is good and well.
