adding new companies to ownership in sugar

hi there, i own 2 companies and im having a problem to add both the companies to sugar. I am trying to add all the contacts to sugar but seperate them by using the "ownership" area on sugar. How do i add the 2nd company or both so that i can seperate them when i need to.
