Adding Your Company Field to Email Template

I'm trying to have some email templates that have generic lines at the bottom of the email so that multiple sales people can use the same template. I have the user's full name, and phone number fields at the bottom of the email. I would like to add our company's name as a field but I see no field for it. How can I do this?

The previous sales guy had templates with {!Org_Name} in the field, but this doesn't seem to work.

Is the company name the same for all your users? If so, then you could just type in the company name as text, If the company name is different for different users, then it sounds like you would need to hard code a company name field in the Users/Employees module (you cannot do this via studio).

Yes, the company name is the same for all users. I was gonna add a field to the user profiles for website and company name but I didn't see a way to do it in the Studio. So for now, I just typed the company name and the URL in the email template. Anyways, I think it would be nice to see a way of doing this. The company I work for could possibly change it's name soon and the company url.
