Hi I am very green on the Sugar CRM and really would like to know if it can do the folloowing:

I am developing a website that will be used by myself other company staff and our customers, I can see that Sugar handle all the sales lead suff very well, but is possible to add extra fields for our customers to log in to add information like logs, for example, our customers have Health and safety tasks and I would like their staff to be able to add all their daily fridge tempretures, this inforamtion could then be accessed by their manager to check they are doing it,, this would be one of many things that would need to be logged, is sugarCRM the right tool for tghe job, if so would I need to get any particular module to do it ?

Weekly purchasing and sales logsfor our customers woul;d allso be another option we want to give our customers, Is Sugar right for this ?
