Hi, I am relatively new to Sugar, and I was looking for some advice.

A while back I wrote a tool for a friend that was essentially an e-mail campaign tool for a business he has. He often mentioned the need for some sort of CRM solution as well. It seems that sugar meets these needs pretty well.

I have been playing with sugar and learning the ropes, and I am mulling the idea of offering Sugar plus some other web-related services to businesses such as his. I'm curious if there is any information or advice that any of you who have done this before could share.

The idea is that this would be a part-time business, and I am curious how much support needs to be provided to clients?
