AJAX entry of list of values fields not working

Hi,
Something has happened on my SugarCRM CE install where the AJAX retrieval of list of values is not working anymore, e.g. Account field on Cases, Assigned To field on Cases.

I think this may have been after my hosting provided upgraded to PHP 5.2.9 but not sure of this.

Does anyone know if there is a fix to this or give any pointers on how to troubleshoot/resolve this?

I'm running SugarCRM Version 5.0.0e (Build 3276) on PHP 5.2.9 MySQL 5.0.75

Hi Gareth

Edit the config.php at the root of your SugarCRM installation and make sure the attribute site_url points to the same addresss accessed by the browser.

Hi Andre,
site_url in config.php seems fine - I manage 2 installs on the same hosting provider, both with the same problem. Can you point me in the right direction to debug the ajax call?
