Alarm / reminder function

Hi Sugar experts!

Is there any way to have an alarm / pup-up / sound or comparable mechanism to get reminded to an important call or so like in Outlook? Sometimes in hard action one could miss to look up tasks early enough ;-)

Have you already tried the reminder option of a call?
