Default Allowing our Customer to Login

    Dear All,

I have purchased SugarCRM Professional edition and have it customized the way it needs to be to help keep things running smoothly for our company. the one problem I am facing is I need to find a way to create user accounts for my clients and allow them to login. We would like to allow our client to login to our CRM to given them access to case management, Leads following up status, activates status or to send note , advice, required attachment etc after login.

If someone could please tell me how this is done I would greatly appreciate it!

    Regards

You'll need to obtain some Portal User licenses. Contact your Sugar sales rep or partner for more details. I don't remember the details, but I remember there was a recent change to the way these licenses work.

    Hi Angel,

I think for Professional edition does not include portal user (should only apply to Enterprise edition).

I don't remember the details. I just remember that they changed the way it works about a year ago. I believe if you had a subscription from prior to them (Sugar) making the change, you should still be able to get them. Best advice would be to contact Sugar directly.
